Volapalooza 2025 – Headliner Concert Ticket Information

Student Tickets go on-sale at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, February 5th!

How to purchase your ticket:

1. Sign-In to your Ticketmaster Account
   1. Ensure your account is up-to-date (payment information, etc…)
2. Check your UT Email for an email from foodcitycenter@engage.ticketmaster.com
   1. Student Tickets are ONLY available with the link embedded in the Buy Tickets button in the email.
3. Click the Buy Tickets button in the email to bring you back to Ticketmaster
4. Click the Blue Hyperlink that says UTK Student Ticket Offer
5. Enter your 9-digit Student ID number; including the 3 leading 0’s. (Example: 000123456)
   1. Once you purchase your ticket, your Student ID number will no longer work, it is valid for ONE ticket.
   2. If you get an error message regarding your Student ID number, try entering your ID number without the 0s (Example: 123456 NOT 000123456).
6. Select your seat!
   1. Initial Available Tickets
      1. Extremely Limited Pit Tickets
      2. Seated Tickets

1. Do I need to sign-in to Ticketmaster before attempting to access the student ticket offer?
   1. YES! You must sign-in to Ticketmaster FIRST.
      1. Ticket offers will NOT be accessible if you go directly to Ticketmaster.com and searches the event.
         • Student ticket offers are only available via the discreet link that is sent via the email (foodcitycenter@engage.ticketmaster.com) offer.
2. Why do I need to know my Student ID Number?
   1. Your student ID number serves as a unique promo code to access student tickets.
3. How many times can I use my student ID number to purchase tickets?
   1. ONCE. Your student ID number is valid to purchase ONE ticket.
      1. This means if you click through the discreet link and use your student ID number to see tickets but do not purchase tickets, you can go back to the discreet link and go through the steps to access tickets again. The unique promo code will be marked as “used” within Ticketmaster once a purchase has been completed.
4. What browser do you suggest I use?
   1. Google Chrome is the suggested/best web browser to use.
      1. You may need to clear your browsing history/cache on your web browser if you click through the email more than once to access tickets.
